substance abuse through research, education, advocacy, and service.

VISION STATEMENT
Communities
Against Substance Abuse is the source for ideas, and plans for prevention
that work. Our community is a good, safe place to live, work, and play,
because it is drug-free. The communities as a whole are well educated
on the risks of substance abuse. Community norms, and values have changed
for the better, and substance abuse has been eliminated.
Communities Against
Substance Abuse has launched bold, proactive prevention based collaborative
strategies for rebuilding, and strengthening San Diego communities. Most
often it functions as a facilitator and catalyst amongst a diverse range
of critical players - police, city council members, schools, and collaborative
organizations. The organization ensures that collective muscle is put into
dramatically improving many of society's harshest, most heartbreaking realities.
